This workout has fitness, strength and stability components. It is designed for people familiar with exercise, as some of the exercises can be quite challenging. There are, however, options to modify the exercises so you can work at your own level. The only equipment needed is a mini tramp.

Equipment needed: mini trampoline
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
