Ball: focus upper and lower back


A really effective, workout that focuses on your posterior chain, i.e. the muscles in the back of your body. The all-important abdominal exercises are also included.

Duration: approximately 40 minutes

Equipment needed: ball, dumbbells

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
