A fantastic place to start if you have never worked out on a ball before, or you are not confident with your balance. The exercises shown are all beginner exercises, so they should be achievable for most people. There are progressions shown for those that want it a bit more challenging. There are regressions shown for those that need it to be a bit easier. A solid workout can be achieved with this program – stability, strength and balance are all challenged.

Equipment needed: ball, dumbbells
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
