Welcome to Skipping Level 5. A more difficult skipping action than previous. There are slightly longer rest intervals to help you recover. As always, focus on correct technique and work as hard as you can in your work intervals. The session can be repeated as many times as you like.

Duration: approximately 10 minutes

Equipment needed: skipping rope

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
