A very effective method to release tight muscles and fascia in the body. Perform each stretch for as long as you need to in order to create the change we are hoping for. This session may take as long as 60+ minutes depending on how tight, stiff, and sore you are.

Equipment needed: Foam roller

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the stretch, and resume when you are sure you can perform each repetition correctly.
