This stretch session on the ball is a fantastic way to release tight (facilitated) muscles. The ball allows you to focus in on the tight areas you would don’t normally be able to get to with just stretching. A really effective stretch session that focuses on the muscles that are most commonly tight.
Duration: approximately 52 minutes
Equipment needed: Swiss Ball
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the stretch, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
