This stretch session focuses on the areas of the body that typically get tight, and cause pain & dysfunction in the body. Once you have done the stretch session, you should feel more mobile, less pain, able to move more freely, and even breathe deeper.
Duration: approximately 39 minutes
Equipment needed: exercise mat, rope, chair (optional).
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform each repetition correctly.
