A great beginner workout. This session involves functional movements such as squats, push ups and dips – movement that are vert relevant to every day life. There’s also some cardio interspersed between strength exercises. Regressions and progressions are suggested all the way through the session to ensure you are working at your level.

Equipment needed: chair, dumbbells, mat

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform each repetition correctly.
