Skipping Level 4. A more challenging workout than Skipping Level 3. A change of work to rest intervals and a more challenging skipping activity. Make sure you warm up properly before you start, and you stretch after you have finished the workout. The session can be repeated as many times as you like.
Duration: approximately 10 minutes
Equipment needed: skipping rope
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
