A skipping workout that is more challenging than the previous Level 2 workout. Make sure you warm-up properly, practice correct technique at all times, and work at your own pace. A great HIIT workout. Very effective cardiovascular workout. The session can be repeated as many times as you like.

Equipment needed: skipping rope

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
