This session focuses on working the abdominal muscles only. Starting with the lower abdominals, then working on the transverse abdominis, the obliques, the rectus abdominis and again the all-important transverse abdominis muscles. By the end, your stomach should feel like it has been thoroughly worked. Tips on how to progress or regress each exercise is given to ensure you are working at your own intensity.
Duration: approximately 45minutes
Equipment needed: ball
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform each repetition correctly.
