A full body workout using dumbbells and a medicine ball, if you have one. Get your heart rate up, work all major muscles in your body. Feel great after this workout. As usual. regressions are given throughout the workout to ensure you are working safely and to your own level.
Duration: approximately 45 minutes
Equipment needed: Dumbbells and a medicine ball
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
