This is a progression from the Back Health Stage 1 program. This is highly recommended for anyone wanting, or needing, to improve the range, strength and function in their back, core, and pelvis. At all times you will need to move slowly, concentrate on correct technique, and regress the exercise if you need to.
Duration: approximately 45 minutes
Equipment needed: exercise mat.
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform each repetition correctly.
