If you have a set of stairs in or around your home, you have all the equipment you need for this workout. A great high intensity session; works cardiovascular and strength. You can repeat the session over and over any number of times.

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
