Skipping Level 2

A slightly more challenging skipping workout than Level 1 skipping. Make sure you practice correct technique and work at your own intensity. The session can be repeated as many times as you like.

Duration: approximately 10 minutes

Equipment needed: skipping rope

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform the action correctly.
