A more advanced workout than BOSU Level 1. All areas of the body are challenged and trained, more difficult exercises are prescribed.
Duration: approximately 40 mins
Equipment needed: BOSU, dumbbells of various weights.
The exercises are toning and strengthening in nature.
At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform each repetition correctly.
