This workout challenges all of your muscles using only resistance bands. This is great for anyone who has minimal space to exercise, or is travelling and can take their resistance bands with them.

Duration: approximately 41 minutes

Equipment needed: Resistance bands of various strengths.

The exercises are toning and strengthening in nature.

At all times ensure correct technique. If you fatigue, and your technique is compromised, either regress, or cease, the exercise, and resume when you are sure you can perform each repetition correctly.
